Presidents Message
Welcome to Allegany/Mineral Counties Crime Solvers new website. My name is David Goad and I am the current
President of the organization. The organization consists of civilians and law enforcement officers from both Allegany
County in Maryland and Mineral County in West Virginia.
The group, then known as Allegany County Crime Solvers, was established in 1981 as a non-profit organization. Since
then, we have expanded to incorporate Mineral County. Over the years, the information provided to Allegany/Mineral
Counties Crime Solvers by you, the general public, has resulted in the closure of 1,420 felony cases, $950,000 in
recovered stolen property and the arrest of over 100 criminal offenders thus resulting in rewards being given in the
amount of $30,000.

public to contact us with information concerning crimes. Remember, your anonymity is assured and you may be eligible
for a cash reward between the sums of $100 and $1,500, depending on the value and results of the information
